A stolen card is fraud.

If you're certain you or a family member/friend didn't use your credit card to purchase an Adobe product under another ID (email), call your bank immediately.

They will ask you to sign legal papers before they file a fraud report with law enforcement and cancel your credit card to further charges.  Do not delay.  You could be held responsible for charges you didn't make.

If you are positive that you haven't signed up for a subscription under any email, then your credit card has been compromised. You need to talk to the credit card issuer to cancel the card and get a new one. They may also refund the stolen funds.

If you want to confirm that there are no subscriptions attached to any email address you've held, then talk to customer service. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
