Help with Refund

I purchased a Free month trail and got charged for it though i cancelled it within 7 days Adobe has emailed me that i will get a Refund but still i didn't have it and they do not respons

Pleas help me out!

If Adobe said you will get a refund for the 7-day trial, then most likely you will. Refunds generally take 5-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays).

When did you cancel?

I purchased on November 1st then cancelled the plan on November 5th and i
got the email saying i will get my refund but i haven't received it

It's been a month and that is more than enough time! How did Adobe contact you and do you still have that email or message?
