Help with subscription cancellation – expired bank card

Hi everyone,

My bank card has expired, and I have not requested a new one. Due to the nature of my work, I no longer use banking services.
Despite this, my Adobe subscription is still active, even though the monthly payment cannot be processed anymore.

I would like the subscription to be cancelled, but it hasn’t happened automatically. What should I do to officially cancel my subscription or close my account?

I can still log into my Adobe account if needed.

Hi @kovács_1383,

We are here to help. The subscription can not be cancelled if there are pending dues on the account. I would advise you to clear the dues first so that the cancellation can be processed.

But how can I settle the debt if I don't have a bank account or a bank card?
