Help with subscription cancellation – expired bank card
Hi everyone,
My bank card has expired, and I have not requested a new one. Due to the nature of my work, I no longer use banking services.
Despite this, my Adobe subscription is still active, even though the monthly payment cannot be processed anymore.
I would like the subscription to be cancelled, but it hasn’t happened automatically. What should I do to officially cancel my subscription or close my account?
I can still log into my Adobe account if needed.
