Did you contact your IT dept administrator?  Maybe somebody forgot to renew the plan.

Zizipho, I'm very sorry, but I can confirm that the message is accurate. I don't see any active memberships, including Premiere Pro, under the account you are using to post to this public discussion forum.

Are you signing into an account provided by an organization? Please see https://adobe.ly/40vPJkW for information about signing in with a work or school account. ^JW

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

if the revert to trial link above fails to help, proceed to these steps -

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location

Revert to trial https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html may help
-and troubleshooting FAQ https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Troubleshooting-FAQ-What-should-I-do-if-I-have-a-membership-but/td-p/7601068

Or contact support

Nobody here in a public forum can see your account information
Help Center https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html is a good place to start
What do you see for your account at https://account.adobe.com/
This space is provided by Adobe, but this is not Adobe support
This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
.
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
.
This link will go directly to the chat option
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
or
X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message
