Hi, I already have a Creative Cloud Pro subscription, which includes Adobe Firefly. However, I was also charged separately for an Adobe Firefly Standard subscription (₹677.32/month) starting May 23, 2026. I believe this is a duplicate subscription. I'm also unable to cancel it because the Manage Plan page gives me an ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Could you please cancel the Firefly Standard subscription and review whether I'm eligible for a refund for the duplicate charges?
