    Thanks for posting to this public discussion forum, @Darren Sealy.

    I am sorry for any confusion you have encountered in managing your subscriptions.

    I can confirm that you did cancel your previous subscription, but you then started a new subscription on June 12th, which is the charge that you incurred.

    Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html for information on how to cancel your new subscription.

    As suggested by @Manan Joshi, refunds are automatic and will take up to 14 days. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/terms-policies-and-regulations/adobe-subscription-terms.html#month-to-month for more information.

    Please update this discussion thread if you have any additional questions, @Darren Sealy.

    Ok thank you but I did not choose to start a new subscription this was an auto renewal which is quite misleading and I should not have to pay for this as I cancelled my trial and received that email, however I did not receive an email about this supposed new subscription. Can you have this payment refunded asap please and my account deleted in full from Adobe

    @Darren Sealy

    there shouldn’t be an auto-renewal AFTER you cancelled.  could something else have occurred?

    Refunds are automatically processed. You have to wait for it to process once the cancellation is done successfully.
