HeyI subscribed to Adobe premium but within a week I cancelled my subscription because it was too hard for me to understand. I was told that I will get a refund if I cancel within 14 days of subscription, which I did but I still haven’t got a refund.

    Most banks require 10-15 business days to post returned payments.

    refunds are automatic if you qualify.  they take up to 14 days.  meanwhile,  check your account to confirm it shows what you expect, https://account.adobe.com
