Hi ​@agile_force3e95,I reviewed your account details however, I could not locate any new charges after you cancelled your last subscription with Adobe in September 2025.Did you check if your card is associated with any other Adobe account? Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page. There’s no email support. Click the following to contact Adobe customer support staff for help:
