Hi, I have an individual account with the Adobe Pro plan. I'm now a teacher and I want to change that account to a Teacher account. What should I do because Adobe recognise the original account and don't let me change to the teacher account. Thanks

I want to change my normal account to a teacher account. Should I first cancel that account and next create a new one?

    Yes, and Adobe recognise my regular account and don't let me go forward.
