Hi, I have cancelled my subscription but still pushed through. Good thing theres payment issue so i am not charged.  have email confirmation that its cancelled. Thanks

    We’re here to help you! I see that you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with this community. The cancelled subscription is Acrobat AI assistant, however, Acrobat pro is still not cancelled. There is a billing issue on this and you need to resolve it before the cancellation.     Hi Kanikas.

    I believe this is possible based on this infomation.

     Cancel Adobe Acrobat Pro or AI Assistant for Acrobat before Apr 01, 2026 to get a full refund for the respective product .

    ie:

    cancel acrobat pro → get a refund for acrobat pro

    cancel ai for acrobat → get a refund for ai for acrobat

     

    when you have two different (albeit, related) subscription, they’re handled seperately.  and you can’t cancel a subscription that has payment problems.  so, fix the payment problem, then cancel.

    Hi Kanikas.  

    Thank you for your reply. 

    I understand that there is billing issue but this is misleading since I cancelled the subscription immediately and I received the cancellation confirmation via email. Requesting please to reverse the billing.
