Hi, I'm trying to delete my plan with you but it's not possible. You also do not provide an email address where I can get in touch with support. Please delete my plan. Sincerely, Frode Hjelle

    if you subscribed via adobe.com (as opposed to an app store) you can must fix any payment problems before you can cancel your subscription: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

     

    then  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

    if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

    I have a monthly plan and have been charged but I want to cancel the contract because I don't need it at the moment.
