Paying is easy, but requesting a refund feels much harder.
I understood that a refund is possible if requested within 14 days. I signed up after reading that Adobe Acrobat would allow editing with a free trial, but I was charged $32 immediately.
I have already canceled the subscription.

Jihae, I am sorry that you did not find more value in our services. Your cancellation request, four days ago, was processed, and as you mentioned, any refunds issued will take up to 14 days. This is not something that can be expedited, and the time is dependent on the countries and financial institutions involved.
