Hi. Please assist. I tried the free trial and cancelled on the same day (I was even sent the cancellation email), however I am still being billed.

Hi. Is anyone being billed after cancelling the subscription? I cancelled during the free trial (I was even sent a cancellation confirmation email) however they still tried to bill me. Please assist

    We appreciate you writing in.

    I reviewed your account info and found that you subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. Though you cancelled one of the plans, the other remained active. This is the reason you are seeing the charge.

    Cancellation can only be done when the account does not have any pending dues. Please follow these steps:

    1. Clear your pending dues first so that you can proceed with cancellation: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/retry-failed-or-missed-payment.html
    2. Cancel the plan: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html
    3. Once cancelled, Adobe will issue an automatic refund which will be processed within 12-14 days.

     

    Note: It is important to complete these steps within next 5-6 days as your plan is already 8 days old and Adobe offers full refund only if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase.
