Hi, please cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I started a free trial but couldn’t cancel it. I don’t want to be charged. Please cancel it and stop all further payment attempts. Thank you!

Hi. I’m really hoping you can help me with this issue. I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to cancel it before the trial ended. Now I’m being charged for the subscription, but the payment cannot go through because there isn’t enough money on my card.

I don’t want to continue with the subscription and I really don’t want any payment to be taken from my card. Could you please cancel my subscription as soon as possible and make sure that no further payment attempts or requests are made? I would really appreciate your help, as I don’t want to be charged for something I no longer want to use.

Please confirm once the subscription has been completely cancelled. Thank you so much for your understanding and help.

    Hi @Dynamic_creatora421,

    We appreciate you reaching out.

As per your account details, you have a day old active plan to Adobe Acrobat Pro with pending dues. Cancellation can only be done if the subscription is active and paid.

The good news is Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. The process that you need to follow are:
    1. Fix the pending payment on the account: https://adobe.ly/4wZuXGY

    1. Cancel the plan: https://adobe.ly/3T8Neno

    2. Check for a confirmation email for cancellation. Once received, an automatic refund will initiate from Adobe which will take 12-14 days to get processed.

    I hope it helps.
