Hi team, I forgot to cancel the free trail and can't cancel the plan now.

Hi team, I forgot to cancel the free trial and realised I have been paid for one month. I don't want to ask for a refund, but only want to cancel the plan because I realised I was enrolled into a yearly plan and can't cancel it now..

I didn’t use any of products since the day I start free trail.

    and you can use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html if you don’t recall the account used.
