Hi there! Future creator with some questions :)

Question

After considering the pros and cons of both softwares, I've decided to go with Adobe Premiere (and, additionally, After Effects) over Vegas Pro. Hooray! 
 
However, I have a question regarding payment plans. I'm most interested in the annual plan, so I was wondering: when do we pay it? It's my understanding that you pay the fee once upon purchasing the plan, but when are you next billed? I'm hoping this isn't a super dumb question; I'm a complete noob, here! 
 
Thanks in advance for the help! I'm excited to get to creating with you all next year.

Your subscription automatically renews until you cancel https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html and you must keep track and cancel just BEFORE the renewal date
