Hi, were Can I request the invoices of the year for a canceled suscription

Hi everyone, Does anybody knows were or how can I get a copy of my invoices of a cancelled suscription?

I had a montly suscription but this year due the Pandemic we had to pause the payment to the service.

I used to go the invoice history but now appears completely Empty.

I request them via chat and they say they would send them to me Via email. but havent occurred.

I try to contact adobe via the 800 number in my country and nobody aswers.

Is there a support email address were I can request that they sent me copy of that invoices?
