High school grad, school email going to be deleted, can't figure out how to change to college email

I have a student account for the adobe creative cloud. However, it is linked to my highschool email, which is going to be deleted in a few months since I just graduated the school. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change my email to my college email to continue using my student account.
