High School Not Listed In Schools List

My high school is not listed among the available schools, and my school email doesn't accept emails from outside the district. I’m unsure how to verify my student status to get the student discount. Any help would be appreciated. I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but Adobe seems to make it difficult to contact a live person, so this feels like my only option.
