Hola buenas tardes, se me cobró una suscripción en los demás de corte y ya había canceladsuscripción

Tengo problemas con la suscripción de la aplicación según yo ya había cancela dicha suscripción más sim embargo se terminó de generar el cobro y no estoy de acuerdo con eso, 

Necesito el reembolso de dicha suscripción ya que no me es útil., gracias

    How and when did you cancel?

    Did you receive an email confirming the cancellation?
