Horrid Customer service
Why is it so difficult to obtain customer service from Adobe? The first words from a live agent, "I can't hear you, you are breaking up." I had only said hello.
Seriouslly. You can't hear the word hello?
I spent hours trying to get past the "virtual" agent, finding a phone number on the internet that will connect with a live person, and the attempting to speak to an "agent" with the first words out of their mouth, "I'm sorry I can't hear you, you are breaking up." No greeting.
PDFs are worthless if the signatures are characters. No fix avaialble. What is the purpose of PDF?
