How can Adobe be so bad at customer support? Need help!!
My company credit card is being charged 2x per month ($14.99 and $16.99).
I have no clue what email addresses these charges are associated with. The company was sold in 2019 and most employees have departed. I've already tried 15 different email addresses but the charges aren't associated with them.
How can I find out what email addresses are associated with the monthly charges?
Since I can't find an Adobe account that is a paying customer, I can't get Adobe support to assist me.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
