How can I buy a supscription to only one Adobe app and the full set

why would you want a subscription to all apps, and one app?

All apps can be subscribed separately. Or you can buy Creative Cloud all apps. That will be a better deal, as soon as you want to licence 3 or more apps (with a few exceptions).
