how can I cancel a payment to adobe that I didnt authorize ? Taking €190 per annum from me

I recently checked my credit card and noticed a payment in  August for 190.77 euro taked by adobe from my card . They took the same amount in august 2024 . I have no email or a/c number to contact them and get my monet back and cancel future payments . Please help !!

Hello, the payment I'm referring to is 190.70

 

This was taken from my credit card for an account with Cara Pharmacy in Ireland. We have not used this account for several years and I continue to be charged.

 

I tried to cancel with my bank, but they said they could not because it isn't a standing order or a direct debit.
