How can I cancel a subscription that rolled over without notice
Last year I took out a student subscription to use with a course I was undertaking. I understood that the subscription was monthly for 12 months and I had no issue with that. My issue is that the subscription has now rolled over onto a higher fee with no recent notice which is unacceptable. To get out of this subscription I need to pay a fine. I’m shocked at this poor practice by Adobe - surely the minimum I should expected was a reminder that the subscription would move to a higher rate. Has anyone else experienced this with Adobe and if so do you have any advice please. Thank you
