How can i change the info for the billing? I want to get the bills on my company name, not on my personal name.

I want to change the info for the bills. Currently billings are on my name but i want to get bills on my company name. But i didn’t see any option for updating or changing the info for the bills on the account settings. How can i do that?

    I can see that you are receiving an educational discount for your Creative Cloud subscription, @Wings & Winds. This could be why a company is not allowed, since these subscriptions are designed for students and faculty members and not organizations.

     

    Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/education-faq.html to verify that your usage of an educational discount allows you to use the service you subscribed to, ​@Wings & Winds.

     

    If it does, then you will need to contact us directly to request that the information be updated. It could still be denied, @Wings & Winds, as the only commercial use allowed for the discounted subscription is your own.

    if you change your payment info subsequent invoices will reflect that.

    Thank you for your reply and for sharing the Adobe Help article.

    I have carefully read the article and watched the official Adobe Care video ("How to update credit card information and billing address with Adobe").

    However, my problem still remains unresolved.

    In both the article and the video, the payment information form contains an optional "Company Name" field. Unfortunately, this field does not exist in my Adobe account.

    Whether I edit my existing payment method or add a new one, I only see:

    • Card Number
    • Expiration Date
    • Name
    • Surname
    • Country
    • VAT Number
    • Phone Number

    There is no Company Name field.

    I have attached a screenshot of the payment form from my account so you can compare it with the Adobe Help article and the official video.

    My concern is related to invoicing.

    In my country (Türkiye), for an invoice issued to a company to be considered valid for accounting purposes, the company name and tax number must appear on the invoice.

    Since there is no field where I can enter my company name, I cannot understand how Adobe would include it on future invoices.

    Could you please explain:

    1. Why is the Company Name field missing from my account?
    2. Is this related to my country, my subscription type (Creative Cloud Pro Individual), or a recent interface change?
    3. How can I make sure that future invoices display my company name together with my company's tax number?
       

      If the Company Name field has been removed from the current interface, could an Adobe employee please clarify how business customers are now expected to obtain invoices issued in their company's name?

      The current interface in my account does not match the interface shown in the official Adobe Help article or the Adobe Care video. This makes it difficult to determine whether the documentation is outdated or whether there is a problem specific to my account.

      And when i sign in my Adobe Creative Cloud account i can’t find the live support or a link where i can create a ticket for this specific issue. Is there any way of doing it? Thanks again!
