How can I check if my license has already been used?

Hello everyone, I'm selling Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium on eBay, and a user asked me if the serial has already been used. I can't know because it was given to me in a lot of other products. Is there a system to understand if the product serial number is still valid? Thanks, Roberto
