    We are here to help.

    I can confirm that your subscription has been cancelled since October 09, 2025. Ideally there should not be any invoice generated post that date.

    Could you specify the date you are getting the bill for?

    It’s a very specific accounting issue.
    We received an Adobe invoice that was recorded in our accounting system, but we cancelled the plan before paying the invoice and our credit card was never charged.

    As a result, we’re left with an unpaid invoice, which the accountant isn’t happy about.
