My Creative Cloud Pro subscription is set to expire on November 11, 2025, and I would like to renew it.
Since my institution will make the payment, I need to receive a pro forma invoice so that the university can pay via bank transfer (TRR) instead of using a credit card.

I tried contacting Adobe Support through the AI chat on the official website, but it didn’t work; I couldn’t reach a real support agent or submit my request.

Could someone please tell me how to contact Adobe Support directly (email or chat) to request a pro forma invoice, or which department I should reach out to?
