How can I contact Customer Support in regards to billing?
I wrote this email thinking i could find an email address to send it to, but without luck! Does anyone know how to contact support or could an Adobe teammember help me out on this?
Duplicate Charges for July It appears I've been billed twice for my subscription this month, with two different amounts. I typically pay $36.81 per month.
Refund Request for Adobe Stock Image (FILE #: 211486587) Earlier, I reported an issue with this file—it appeared to have a false checkerboard background, which prevented easy background removal. I’ve rechecked the image today and see that the issue has since been resolved. Unfortunately, the project I needed it for has already concluded, and payment had already been made.
