How can I continue with my Creative Cloud Pro plan with student discount?

My Student Creative Cloud Pro plan bill was recently changed to the regular plan price of $69.99 per month. I missed my re-verification of academic eligibility. When I completed it, I was still eligible for the education discount. Since my plan was already switched to a non-educational one, I was told to contact customer service.
