How can I find out what I keep being charged?

i keep getting debited every month for ‘’WEB PUR PG EXADOBE LANG GIPS MUKGF PG’’ but on getting to www.adobe.com, it says i have no subscription, how do i stop the debits on my account?

use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to see if that’s an adobe charge. (it appears to be an adobe express subscription.)

I cant use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to see if that’s an adobe charge as the Nigerian currency (Naira) is not an option under currency and without this selection, it doesn’t allow me to proceed..

Thanks for following up, and thank you to @kglad for pointing you to the unknown charge workflow.

I checked the account associated with your community profile and do not see any active Adobe subscriptions. Since you're still seeing recurring charges, the charge may be tied to a different Adobe account or email address.

Because you mentioned that the charge lookup tool does not support Naira and won't let you continue, I'd recommend contacting Adobe Support directly so they can investigate the payment details and locate the source of the charge:

When you contact support, have the transaction details available, including the charge description shown on your bank statement ("WEB PUR PG EXADOBE LANG GIPS MUKGF PG") and the dates/amounts of the charges. That will help them identify the associated account more quickly.
