How Can I get a subscription refund?

I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro free trial in March (I can't remeber if I cancelled), and I only used it once. I know that my subscription was suspended due to failed renewal, because I regularly check my mail. I checked my bank account today, only to discover that I was billed 2 days ago, and this happened without prior notice. How do I get a refund please, because I don't intend to continue the plan, which is why I didn't renew when it elasped.

what's it show?

eg, an active subscription?

 

if so, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

Thanks a lot for your timely response. However, when I try to cancel, I am told that I'd have to pay an early cancellation fee. How do i move on from this?  See attached image for your reference. Thanks again!
