How can I get back to my teacher plan??
Hello, I would like to ask about unpleasant issue I am dealing with. As a teacher, I was paying for teacher plan each month 15,73 euro. Unfortunately, after a year (and I admit I absolutely forgot about checking it), my plan was automatically changed to "normal" one for 30,24 euro, so those money was automatically paid. What is worse, in my account there is no option to go back to the teacher plan, although I am still working as a teacher and I could even prove it by the document. That is making me upset, cause double price is something I can hardly effort (as a bonus, cancellation fee is terribly expesive as well) 😞 I couldn't find any way how to directly contact some customer support. Could you please give me an advise how to solve this? I would be grateful. Thank you very much!
