How can I get in contact with customer support?

I have tried to cancel my subscription three months ago, just saw that you have continued to bill me anyway.

Can I get a refund? I am trying to cancel it again, it says I cannot cancel if I dont pay, but if I dont pay it will cancel itsel, LIKE IT DID LAST TIME. but then obviously you tried to bill me again and just kept doing so.
