I' m having the same problem right now. I have canceled the subscription, but they are still trying to make me pay!

    I confirm that you Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription is cancelled. Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days of purchase. Since the plan was cancelled after almost a month, you account is ineligible for refund.
