Hi Gleeful_Lionheart5558,

We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account details and found that you have a monthly plan for Adobe Firefly standard since 1 month and 2 days. Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done within first 14 days. If you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period.

I hope it helps.

p.s. make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

@Gleeful_Lionheart5558 it depends. If you cancel within the period, maybe. But, if you are constantly trying trial periods, and cancelling them, likely not. https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Hi... I just cancelled my subscription, since I do not use Adobe premium features. The last payment date was yesterday. Then will I be eligible for a full erefund of the payment? If so, is it automatically generated or do I need to make a request? Kindly assist. Thank you in advance!
