How can I recover the canceled plan?

Hello, I'm using Adobe apps in Korea. Please understand my poor English.

I canceled the current plan because I wanted to purchase the Black Friday plan. But I belatedly found out that the plan was only sold to new users. How can I recover the canceled plan? The plan is still available and will be renewed on the 28th.

You cannot recover a cancelled plan.  Once it is cancelled, it's gone forever. 😞

You will need to subscribe to a new plan. 🤠
