How can I renew my education discount

Question

I’m a teacher and had an education teacher discount. I missed the renewal date to confirm I’m a teacher, the full price payment did not go through and the account is now suspended. I want to be able prove my teacher status in order to restart the account.

Reach out to Adobe Support. Did you check if you have the possibility to buy a new sub with teacher discount and then confirm the status.
