How can I request a refund?

Check what all your are subscribed to via the link https://account.adobe.com/plans

If what this shows is not in sync with what you are being charged, consider the possibility that your payment method might have been compromised. The following links may also help

Any refunds would have occurred automatically, Margaete, so in your case, the different charges were associated with the change to your subscription.
