How can I speak to a manager or corporate?
I did a free trial during the holidays and when I realized I wouldn't use it, I asked to cancel and was told to cancel on the last day of the trial. I of course forgot, because it was the holidays, and now have been charged $30. When I called and asked for a refund, the rep said unfortunately the refund window was closed, but she would compensate by giving me 3 months for free. AFTWR THE 3 MONTHS, I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED OR HAVE A MEMBERSHIP ANYMORE. I just found out that she lied, and after the 3 months I WILL be charged monthly for A YEARLY PLAN!!!! I NWVER signed up for this and I don't want it!! I was LIED TO. And if I cancel it now, I'll be charged over $100!!!! Who do I speak to so that this can be resolved. I am NOT going to pay any more money to adobe. I want my account canceled with no charge. And I want my entire adobe account deleted permanently. Who do I speak to about this??
