Thank you for posting to this public discussion forum, @the HELP Fund.

I appreciate your long-term use of our services, and I am sorry for any frustrations you have encountered while updating your proof of eligibility or while attempting to contact us.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/renew-adobe-account-plan-student-and-teacher-discount.html for information on how you can resubmit your proof of eligibility. This process needs to be done each year, so I recommend setting a calendar reminder with the URL.

You may also want to check whether your educational institution offers its own Creative Cloud plan that you can enroll in. Schools that have their own plans often offer greater discounts and increased compatibility with the other students and faculty within the organization than you will see on your individual plan.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions.

Thank you again @Jeff_A_Wright  We have changed our membership to the proper Nonprofit 1 computer - 1 license membership and are ready to keep making science-based educational videos for children of the Western Himalayas!

Thank you for replying @Jeff_A_Wright - but we are a charity, not a student. And that is the problem. For 5 years, we didn’t have to go through the entire charitable approval process year by year with Adobe. Do we start all over? If my bill says we will pay $479.88 in the profile but the emails say I will be paying $779.88 - how do we know which is correct?

@the HELP Fund, the subscription you purchased is for an educational subscription for an individual, not an organization. It should only be used by one person. For more information on account sharing, see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/licensing-activation/activate-deactivate-apps/install-apps-number-of-computers.html.

I see that your account is located in the United States. Please see https://www.adobe.com/nonprofits.html for information on how your charitable organization can get started with the verification process.

Please also bookmark https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/subscriptions-and-plans/renewals-and-cancellations/cancel-adobe-subscription.html if you need to cancel your individual educational discount to the Creative Cloud, @the HELP Fund.

Emails are saying we have a student account unless re-verified we will be charged $779.88 on 12 May. We have a verified TechSoup Nonprofit account since 9 May 2021 and our next bill is listed for $479.88 on our dashboard. How do I contact billing to find out what is wrong?

Yes. On 9 May 2021. And while I greatly appreciate @Jeff_A_Wright ‘s reply - because it is truly fast response time - we purchased it through TechSoup. I don’t know why it is listed as an educational or student account. Our charity has all our bills and we have the original TechSoup bill also. We would never have signed up for a program we are not eligible for. And we only ever used it on the one and only computer owned by the organisation.

So I guess that means we must start all over with the registration process.
