How change phone number

Question

Hi,

how do I change my phone number? I do not have access the phone number in the system.

Every time I try to change the phone number I receive a validation code by email.

The thing is that my mail provider / university mailing system takes 8-10 minutes for the mail to be processed.

By the time that I receive the code, it is expired.

How can I proceed?
