How did a subscription start?

не пойму как произошла подписка на про Ную версию 
сейчас снялась огромная сумма для меня не пойму по какой причине 
сейчас редствами не пользуюсь 
ю делайте возврат по средствам

When you start a trial, and give your financial information, you have 7 days to test the program and 14 days to cancel If you do not cancel in the 14 days your trial becomes a paid subscription

i don't know how i missed this post (and i assume this is no longer the op's issue), so for others, contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
