How do I cancel a plan that I was on after my email account got hacked and deleted, so I can't sign into my adobe account?

I got hacked two weeks ago, and the hacker managed to delete my entire Google account so I’m unable to login to my Adobe account. However, I’m still getting charged for my plan and I want to cancel it. Is there a way I can do so or can I contact someone to help?

Since the suggested steps didn't resolve the problem, I'd recommend contacting our support team for further assistance. They can take a closer look at your account and help troubleshoot the issue.

    Hi Akansha,

I logged in using the Google way of logging into Adobe, meaning I didn’t have a password created. When I do try to log in, I can’t verify my identity because my former email no longer exists unfortunately. Is there a way that I can just contact a support center to help cancel any further unauthorized charges?
