How do I cancel Adobe Photoshop

I apologize for any confusion you have encountered in managing your commitment to Adobe.

In addition to the helpful suggestions offered by ​@kglad, ​@Peru Bob, and ​@c.pfaffenbichler, please make sure to log in under the account with the active subscription for Photoshop.

There is no subscription for you to cancel under the account you used to create this public discussion thread. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-and-billing-issues/unknown-charge-on-bill.html for information on how to locate the account with the active subscription.

Once you are logged in under the correct account, you will then be able to use the details provided by ​@Peru Bob to self-cancel any unneeded subscriptions.

You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.
