How do I cancel my Adobe subscription? I've used it for 2 years and I'm being asked for a ridiculous cancellation fee

I pay monthly for Creative Cloud and I want to cancel it. Idk why Adobe is charging me a ridiculous amount to do so. I’d like to know when I can cancel my subscription without having to pay a fee and I can’t find this date mentioned anywhere.
