There's no automagic way to do this.  You'll need to cancel the current plan.  And then subscribe to a new plan with a different email address.

Beforehand, download all your files from Creative Cloud storage.  If necessary move them to externals or a dedicated cloud backup & recovery system -- i.e. Google Drive, DropBox, Backblaze, etc...  You can manually move files to your new CC account's storage later if desired.

Creative Cloud Assets https://assets.adobe.com
- Synced files
- Cloud documents
- Deleted files

Lightroom https://lightroom.adobe.com
- Photos
- Albums
- Edited files
- Imported files
- Deleted files

Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com
- All documents
- Starred files
- Shared files

Adobe Spark (aka Creative Cloud Express) https://spark.adobe.com
- Projects
- Brand files
- Graphics
- Web pages
- Videos

You should always have AT LEAST 2 copies of all files, not just in cloud storage

Download your cloud files to your local hard drive

I use a Sata docking station and several 'bare' drives for backup
