How Do I Change my username?

Hello everyone, 

I have been trying to change my username for an hour now. I go to the creative cloud application and click on Manage account and then a window in my browser appears. I change my username there and refreshed my MacBook. But then when I go to the creative cloud application again, the name still doesn't changes... Plz, help me. (I am a student and I use my mom's card to pay for this thing. When I was creating this account, I put her name instead of mine. Now I have to change it.) I need help. I have searched the whole internet but found nothing.
