How do I change the email address on my two PLANS?

I have already changed the email on my personal account, but the two PLANS I have, Stock and Creative Suite still have my old email address. I’m about to shut that old email down. How do I update those two PLANS? I don’t see anywhere to change the PLAN email vs the person/account email.
